scuba diving excursion

All years a lots of new fitness activitys are integrate in education class, but why they can't reserve one day in cycle to do excursion like scuba diving.

A new fitness activity I would like to convice my school to integrate in physical education is scuba diving excursion because it's an excelent sport to keep health and to learn submarine world.

With scuba diving class we can learn a lots of new things about fish and plants. We are sensitize with the polution ans the impact with the reef. All people know many move for environment but with this class they can react and explain at the world.


In same time you learn, you practice the breathing with the equipement because when you are in lower under the sea, you have to breathe slowly and this action train your lung to be better. Scuba diving help health because you have to swim and this mouvement with arms and legs train your heart

to conlcude, scuba diving it's an excelent fitness activity to integrate in physical education class because it help health and give many information about polution, fish, plants and more

5.if you want you can listen music for to play

7.For to win you have to take the ball in the aire
8. In this sport you can smatch and jump
9.. you can practice in a gymnasium or at the beach
10.If you play at the beach you can put swimming costume or short for play
